Size Guide

Every costume has its own measurements. Always use the guide for the specific product rather than relying only on your usual clothing size.

Where to find the chart

On the costume page, select Size Guide beside the size choices. The CM and IN buttons directly display the available measurements in the chosen unit; no additional calculation is needed.

How to measure

Bust or chest

Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level and comfortably relaxed.

Waist

Measure around the natural waistline without pulling the tape too tightly.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips.

Height (total body height)

Stand straight without shoes and measure from the top of the head to the floor.

Between two sizes

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size unless the product page says otherwise. For a fitted costume, prioritize the largest relevant measurement.

Kids’ costumes

Age is only a guide. Use the child’s total body height and actual measurements whenever available.

If the size does not fit

If the stated correspondence and measurements are accurate but the costume does not ultimately fit, the return is treated as an unsuitable-size return and return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility. If the product does not match the chart, measurements or stated correspondence, contact Hallowvia: it may be a non-conforming product handled by us.
