Shipping & Delivery

Hallowvia ships to all 27 European Union countries, Mexico, and the United States (48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). Alaska and Hawaii are not served. Product availability, shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown for your destination at checkout.

Europe

Shipping methods and rates for each European country are shown at checkout according to the destination, parcel weight and items ordered. Preparation generally takes 1–3 business days, followed by tracked delivery generally estimated at 5–15 business days after dispatch. Some destinations or parcels may show 8–18 business days at checkout. The conditions displayed for your country apply; these are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Mexico

Standard tracked shipping costs 129 MXN per order, charged once even if the cart contains several items. The estimated total time is 7–18 business days: 1–3 days of supplier preparation and 6–15 days of transit. No delivery date is guaranteed. Exceptional events, including customs checks or carrier disruption, may extend this estimate.

United States

For products available for delivery to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C., tracked shipping is free. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days, followed by 7–15 business days of delivery after preparation, for an estimated total of 8–18 business days, with no guaranteed delivery date. Alaska and Hawaii are not served.

More than one parcel

For logistical reasons, one order may be divided into several parcels. Each parcel can have its own tracking number and arrive on a different date. Customers are not charged extra delivery costs solely because an order is separated and do not need to take any special action.

Tracking

When tracking is available, its link is sent to the email address used for the order. If several parcels are planned, several messages or tracking numbers may be provided. See Track My Order for more information.

Delivery address

Check the name, street, postal code, city and country before paying. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. A change or cancellation may no longer be possible once preparation has started. Reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where legally permitted and properly justified.

VAT, customs duties and possible charges

For European destinations, VAT and possible charges depend on the country and shipping method. Checkout shows amounts collected by Hallowvia; the conditions for your destination apply. DDP or IOSS handling is stated only when confirmed.

For Mexico, the shipping methods currently used are DDP: import duties and Mexican VAT (IVA) are covered as part of shipping. In the normal course of delivery, the recipient should not have to pay an additional amount to receive the parcel. If a carrier or customs authority exceptionally requests payment, contact support@hallowvia.com before paying so we can investigate. Splitting an order into parcels does not itself create an additional shipping charge.

Marked as delivered

Check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbours, then contact the carrier using the tracking number. If the parcel is still missing, email support@hallowvia.com with the order number and the carrier’s response.
